If it's your first vertical mouse like it is for me, then it does take some getting used to. Avoid using your middle finger for scrolling; use your index instead for the most comfort. And don't forget to turn it off after every use. It was a little expensive for what it is, but much more comfortable than a normal mouse. Can highly recommend :)

However, it didn't help with my arthritic thumb and in fact, it felt worse, so I had to return it. However, the return process was so easy and quick, you can do it in your sleep. Terrific Seller, from whom I've bought other stuff and was (and still am) very happy with them.
