They took extra measures to hand wrap it in tissue paper, then heavier paper, and also a plastic wrapping to protect it when being shipped. Shipping was very fast. My granddaughter is going to absolutely love this Kuromi 20th anniversary Plush stuffed kitty. It’s exactly as described and exactly what I was hoping for.
