She sent me a screenshot of the tag in the shoes showing that it says 6.5 m & communication ended. That is what the shoe says, but they are clearly narrow and don't fit me. I had the same pair& size before. As far packaging, the shoes were put in a bag &mailed. They were not wrapped or protected, just two shoes in a gray bag. Priced fare, good value for condition, quick ship
