Only damage was to the box I'm unsure if it was from shipping or just the condition they were sent in however it was just the corners and edges. Absolutely wonderful savings and they sound amazing they are exactly what I was expecting. The shells are in perfect condition and tips were completely clean and unused. Perfect buy plus they look super nice the black shell looks awesome! Worth your money great quality!

Incredible value IEM with a sleek design. I'm not a huge fan of the Truthear logo but it's all business in black, so I'm a fan of how they look regardless. They came in great condition with all accesories. Brand New, basically. High quality product forsure.
