Contacted Nigel ran through my problem carried out tissue test he suggested confirmed defective. As returned them and he then supplied replacements which worked first time with no trouble. A bit of a nuisance but now satisfied with his help and actions

On the last two occassions I was informed delivery would be made on the Saturday........on both occassions delivery was made on the following Tuesday... This becomes costly with the loss of working hours but typical of royal mail/ parcel force.

I was just out of hospital and very low on one colour which I was unable to order before I went in and not only were they helpful they shipped 48 hr. Royal Mail with no extra charge - recd within the 48 hours too. After years of buying from various suppliers I will now go to NIGELGEC first. Many thanks.
