Same problem when you put the pump in it overflows a little and makes everything oily. Have to rinse outside off with soap and hot water. Same problem when I purchase it from the vet office. The manufacturer fills it too full to accommodate the pump system it provides. Nothing against the seller, just the maker of the liquid and pump system.

Seller responded right away after being contacted by eBay. Really avoid using eBay now if I can as it is so much more unfriendly to the buyer. The seller replied promptly to my request to return the item, sent a return label, and I received the refund within a week (once they received the returned item via USPS, and the short processing time of the refund). Note, a shipping fee for the return was subtracted from my refund amount, though the return label said it would ship without charge at USPS, so I assume that was the seller's way of covering their cost. I have no issue with that.
