I ordered my normal size in trousers and these fit just nice and the added belt makes sure they will stay snug . The leg length feels a little long 29 inch maybe i could've got 28 leg ? The only real negative about these is the placement of the knee pad, I have short legs the knee pads always fit near the shins which makes for uncomfortable ridding but the pads are removable,for every day use they'll be ok
