It is difficult to accurately read the dates on the notes due to the way the background interacts with the microscopic printed date. Everything does point to it being a 2012 1000 livres replacement P-90br (the same as my 2012 1000 livres specimen P-90bs) but I cannot be 100%. I would love to find some official documentation on the printing and serial numbers for this range of Lebanese notes. I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Thank you!
