I did require some technical support due to my own doing, however the service was outstanding, Hannah responded promptly to my messages and guided me through the process to fix the errors of my way.     I ordered a steel for a Nissan Tiida 2012. When it came it didn’t fit and I don’t know how to install the brackets. I contacted the seller and they were polite and shipped me out a new unit that had a bigger screen. This time that one fit. The seller let me keep the old unit as well.
