Upon contacting customer service to get a refund and ship the part back, customer service refunded the full purchase price and advised me to keep the part and not return it. The parts arrived on time and were new in the box, exactly as described, However, the parts I received were not usable as is, 1 bushing was MIA, and I had to mix and match with some old parts to get it working somewhat correctly. I assumed it would work because the part # listed was the correct # I needed.
