I corresponded with the seller multiple times while they were on vacation, both of us agreeing they would send me the measurements. I needed to know if it would fit. But that never happened. I worriedly tried the jacket on today, & while snug, it fits & I can zip it. Thank goodness! I don't have to return it. The jacket is as described & was a good value with the discount offered & shipping. It was packaged in an inner bag & a shipping bag.
