It was a bit dirty, specifically in a crevice surrounding the screen. I was able to clean it though. The other thing to mention is that there appears to be some chipping on the surface (looks like the coating was peeled off on a couple of the edges of the phone). The phone’s appearance is very good in spite of those. The back is completely free of damage/scratches. Phone has been working normally. Few instances where it seems to slow down in service speed but i’m sure that’s the providers issue & my location. Definitely worth it value wise if you’re looking for an upgrade (previously had iphone 11 pro with 64 gigs so it’s a nice upgrade for me). Battery health @ 87%

I couldn't have asked more from the seller at such a great price --- I will update if anything goes wrong! Its appearance is fabulous, with only the minor scratches described, the condition is perfect (or at least as described), with 88% battery health. I feel like I got a deal on this one. Great quality. However, from what I can tell the phone was actually new as all the seals seemed intact and the device indicated that the battery had not been used. Communication was pretty slow and used a lot of AI generated responses, but shipping was extremely fast.
