Weeks after that I reached out to try and get a tracking number, or some sort of update, and never heard back. Ended up getting a refund through ebay (thank you ebay !) Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did !

Don’t buy from these guys especially if it’s a rare foil poster. Tried to blame everyone else when clearly the fault was entirely theirs. Have received many foils without issue- their claims of researching how to shop make no sense as it turns out there is other negative feedback from them doing this before. The customer removed the glassine, causing damage, and returned it with fingerprints and a dent not present at shipment. We attempted to resolve directly, but the customer initiated a PayPal chargeback. The item left our care in perfect condition, and we stand by our careful packaging and handling practices.
