They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. Shipping company damaged the inside panel of the door. I documented the damage with the carrier when the door arrived and Stricker worked a partial credit out the same day.
