The seller and I came to an agreement on a partial refund and I undertook repair of the item. Shipping costs ($5.99) are rated as one star because, while $5.99 is inexpensive for shipping, in this case the quality of shipping is relative to the cost. Also inside the package was a ready made label to a woman in Arizona. I tried contacting you through the contact seller page, but it would not let me type anything. ??? Anyway, I am not sure what to do. If the label has paid postage I could put it on another bag and send her towels to AZ. Let me know.
