    The item that I received was as it is pictured in the seller's ebay posting, it was in its original packaging in like new condition. The item arrived within the time frame stated at the time of purchase. I had to return the item and my request to do so was immediate and hassle free and I like that. I was provided with a no hassle return label that the post office was able to easily access and print, I like that too. All in all the experience was pleasant and I really like that.

    The image in the listing showed a package of four spark plugs. One spark plug was shipped. The listing also stated that return shipping would be provided by seller. When I requested a return label I received an email from Ebay that the label had been provided but it was not. When contacted the seller said that return shipping was the buyer's responsibility. After sending a screen shot of the listing terms the seller did provide the shipping label. This seller has questionable business practices.
