The seller went absolutely nuts with the bubble wrap to make sure NOTHING could happen to the necklace during shipping. I'm beyond satisfied. Would absolutely purchase again.

Followed up right away. Offered to refund my money if I wanted even though it wasn’t their fault. Purse was also in better condition than the photos showed so we were really thrilled with that as well. I’d highly recommend this seller and we’ll be back if we’re looking for another item like this!
