These thinkpads are like tanks and great value for money. Was in great condition, only a few minor scratches on the outside but that's to be expected. Windows was pre installed which saved me some time. The battery is in great condition. Ram and ssd can be upgraded if needed. Can't recommend enough if you're on a budget or for a child's first laptop. I've no complaints. Thanks
