It was brand new, with the box and all of the stickers were in place on the watch and the bracelet. The shipping was prompt, it arrived quickly and I am happy to say, the delivery required a signature so the porch pirates were not gifted an (for me) expensive watch. It arrived in excellent condition packaged in orininal box with all factory paperwork/manual, still wearing the protective covers on the crystal and bracelet clasp, leaving no doubt it is brand new and never worn. Overall, an outstanding value from an 5 star seller. I can only say "Thank You" to Watch Warehouse for their over the top handling of this transaction.
