Seems to be that it's not the original Comfort Plus Carly! I have size 7 wide feet fit shoes from same brand and the pair I bought from them is way smaller! Asked to refund the return postage and they refused and said that not their problem if the shoes do not fit. Beware from this seller as the shoes they sell r not the original!

Packing was great and the comunication was perfect. Thank you so much. Just a shame these have now been discontinued as they are so comfy and fit perfectly.
