It is refurbished but it looks and feels brand new. Also I ordered 1T of storage and the laptop came with 2T, I appreciate the free upgrade whether this was intentional or not. It runs beautifully, very responsive and lightning fast. It didn’t come with any bloatware or anything on it that I didn’t want. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the price was very fair.

Charger was included. It gets hot quickly, as LATITUDE computers do. It took AAA PC 3 days to process/send my computer, and then USPS ~8 days to ship it (darn USPS...). However, the seller was with me every step of the process and always kept me updated. I will let eBay know if anything changes, but so far I'm very satisfied!

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.

The seller offered exchange, or a discount. I agreed to the offered discount and kept the item.
