She packed the box with care, and he arrived in the best condition. I had been in contact with her, she was very kind to respond to my inquiry. I would not hesitate to order from her again. The item was as described, even more beautiful. The value is great as this represents a priceless horse to me. Thank you Beth!

The seller did, they shipped the books tightly packaged, bagged and boarded. The books were as advertised, looking just as they did in their listing. Shipping time from listing closed to shipping was excellent, the seller was quick to get it out.
