It arrived in pristine quality state with a LG branded battery. It was triple layered in it packaging. It works with Mint Mobile, my cell carrier. It works with my 256GB SD card. My only disappointment was it didn't come with a charger. Older phones are better or at least easier to use. Always gonna use phone or another LG K20 Plus until 4G LTE is shut down. The pricewas cheap too!
