My item was immediately marked as shipped but over two weeks later the carrier still hasn't received the package. The truth is that they list items as in stock when they aren't. I would totally respect a company if they reached out and told me the truth. Heck I might even be willing to wait a while if they are expecting the item to become available in the near future. Don't buy from EIO if you actually want receive your order.

The knife appeared to be just what I wanted. However the factory description was inaccurate. This was no fault of the seller. The seller cheerfully refunded my money when I explained the problem I definitely recommend the seller. Klein Tool needs to change the description of the product.
