Unfortunately item was very brittle and fragile, and was not packed adequately to ship well. Things happen. Unfortunately, I left out a spoon in the return, unknowingly, and a deduction was made for that, but this was handled to my satisfaction. I really wanted this for a new baby in the family, but the effort of all of this made me rethink things for the future. Too much time taken to deal with this.
