He did excellent service on my JVC HR-9800U that was having issues with tapes not loading/getting stuck and grinding noises while fast forwarding and rewinding. The timeline from start to finish was very quick, and was extremely well packaged for return. Additionally, I had some questions after getting it back which he helped me with and even paid to have me ship it back so he could re-check everything.
