    Part was "chipped" but usable: it needed to be packaged better, to prevent impact damage which had probably occurred during shipment HOWEVER, communication with seller was very timely and on point, respectful and positive. The part has a 2 year warranty (which I am hoping I will not need...); other than that, a very positive experience.
