I thought I was scammed out of my money until i rearranged the RAM and it turns out it had a few screen glitches and the laptop was just picky about the RAM. It came well packaged and it was not really as described (in a good way) as it came with 16 gb of RAM and it was just picky with the RAM Configuration. I’d say this buy was a good value. Shipping was not as described, as FedEx shipped it…

They looked into it and cancelled the order. Something went wrong at their end, and their communication was not clear. Who knows what happened?! It really doesn't matter, and they refunded my payment promptly after receiving my note asking what was up and investigating. I would try to do business with them again. Thank you!
