I sent the pictures and they wanted me to return the product which was uncalled for. They saw when I had gotten it. I sent pictures right away. But they said they get asked for refund often. I messaged wouldn't post negative feedback because they at least offered me a return. I got no message back. I was ignored. Not even a thank you. They did not think it was worth their time to do so. We would have liked to have had the item returned so we can see what happened and try to fix it . So it won't happen again. Customer claims they sent messages and they were ignored. There is no proof of these messages.. Taking pictures is just part of the process in a refund request.
