Shipping times are unpredictable, but I would rate them as average, and whether shipping costs are high or low is dependent on the need for the item, and in this sale, I would rate them as reasonable...the packaging was appropriate, and these little ladders made it across the USA in great shape. I was amazed that I could find what I was looking for at a very REASONABLE PRICE, and based on that, Black Forest Hobby, you're a GREAT SELLER!!!!!

Then opened it up & came to find out that it's a KIT!... that needs to be glued... and there are no instructions!! I don't remember anywhere in the listing where it said it was a kit, so, buyer be informed. Fortunately there aren't many parts and the plastic was well cut at the factory. Otherwise, the seller has pretty good stuff, but was slow to ship, high postage & firm in their prices.
