I purchased it in a women's medium, which fits pretty well for my 5'5" med./10 frame. The only detail I'll alter is the length, which lands about 3 inches too low on me to emulate Nyota's or Una's fit. I purchased the red for comms and love the ops symbol detail on the sleeve fabric. Substantial knit fabric! Great price for quality, tho shipping is highish.

Fabric and construction were better than I might have expected, and the 3X was true to size according to the measurements I was provided when I asked (as they had mistakenly been omitted from the size chart). It looked great on and was comfortable to wear for several hours at the con I recently attended. Got lots of compliments, especially when paired with my Starfleet Cadet boots by Fluevog. :) Shipping was also quicker than I expected.
