However, rather than investing in a roll of bubble wrap, the seller misappropriated two extra USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes and a cut-up USPS box for internal padding. These were brand new envelopes and box that USPS provides free for shipping with them, not intended to be used as internal padding for people too cheap to buy bubble wrap.
