The seller reached out to establish contact right off the bat. The product reached me in California from Japan much quicker than I expected - only about a week! The packaging was perfect, and the Game Boy Printer was exactly as described, basically brand new. And they even threw in a few Pokémon cards! I am so thrilled to finally have this printer, and will absolutely be buying from them again! 11/10
