      VERY POOR CONSTRUCTION!Crappy service! Received ring and stone was clearly fractured. Sent pictures showing obvious crack. Seller won’t refund money. I was told to send it back to India at my expensive with no way to know if they received it or not. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Customer support is fantastic. It wasn't the ring I had envisioned, even from the phots, just color differences I didn't like. It was pretty, and they offered to try and get it right, I just think it would be too difficult given the differences in fire/color of opals. They are working with me on return/refund and are VERY polite and helpful
