The seller sent it promptly: however the USPS routed it for the past 3 weeks to multiple hubs ; back and forth. There's just no way of knowing when a piece will get diverted, overlooked etc. Just very glad that you were able to finally receive your treasure & it was still in the condition that you wanted! The item did come in damaged but it was not the sellers fault but the delivery people and I got it resolved with fedex.
