Everything as described, even had Sim-card capability which wasn't listed in the description, but is a major plus for me. Price to product ratio is very good.

The problem was with shipping, but it got straightened out and I received the unit. The unit itself was in pristine condition, it looks like a brand new computer. I cranked it up today, and so far everything is working good. So my overall experience was good with them personally, very good customer service, they were very responsive, and I would recommend them for their refurbished computers.

I reached out initially to see if they could send me the correct pictures of the laptop they were selling. The pictures in the post were not pictures of a 5420. They were quick to return the pics, and they were in fact for a 5420 so so l went ahead and ordered the laptop... However after I finish setting it up I realized that the specs were wrong it had 256 HD & a 2.6 processor so I had to return it. They were quick to refund.
