I have used this seller several times, and they have consistently delivered the product on time. The shipping is fast, considering the USPS service delays today. The seller is highly recommended.

No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.

I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different seller

Had to send the faulty drive back to China, at my own expense, which was not reimbursed, so that’s not good at all considering none of this was my fault, so I am now down $40. Ultimately though the new one arrived and works fine.
