They arrived quickly and were well-packaged in anti-static bags, foam blocks and sturdy cardboard boxes. The drives were the same model, but with different label styles, both reported 0 hours of use when installed. One drive had all but three months of remaining warranty, the other had nine months elapsed. That was really the only minor issue, but for the price, I’m very happy! I’d buy them again without hesitation.

No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.

I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different seller

Had to send the faulty drive back to China, at my own expense, which was not reimbursed, so that’s not good at all considering none of this was my fault, so I am now down $40. Ultimately though the new one arrived and works fine.
