The seller updated me with the shipping date, tracking and delivery of this item. Great communication and my items arrived in perfect conditions. The seller packaged my items very securely in bubble wrap and proper packaging as well!

In recognition of the setbacks, they generously included additional items for free. Everything received was in new, sealed condition - exactly as advertised. But they were fast to contact me about and asked me exactly how I would like the situation handled (ie if I wanted a refund, to repurchase, etc). I got fully refunded and though I did not repurchase the item, I will remember the great customer service and keep this shop in mind for another day!
