Perfect quality, well packaged and presented, as good as new but faster with the SSD and much more capacity. My last 5th gen ipod lasted nearly 20 years. I upgraded the hard drive to a ssd and got a new battery along the way but it finally gave up the ghost a month ago after getting dropped. I still remember getting it new and this one somehow feels better quality than that. I'm looking forward to getting 20 more years out of this one. Would highly recommend.
