When it arrived and I had opened it, I was impressed on how the seller went the 'extra mile' to protect my purchase. So much so, that I contacted her to praise her for doing the latter. So regarding my experience I would 100% recommend this seller.

Felicity was absolutely amazing when I contacted her about one of her craft items to ask if she could do them in a different colour at extremely short notice she was very accommodating and got them dispatched just the day later and I received my order within 2 days and I could not believe the amazing customer service I received.
