Laptop arrived in excellent condition with only very wear around the case edge which was only noticeable when I opened it up myself. Internals were very clean, trackpad was perfect and components passed all the tests. Very few battery cycles and I expect this laptop will last a very long time. Fantastic communication as well!

Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
