They sent a damaged box of Pokemon cards and refused to provide ANY refund - the entire $90 box was bent (see pics). I grade my cards and every card was ruined off the bat. None of these cards would score higher than a PSA 2. This responsibility falls on the seller but they did nothing. I am trying to get my money back via eBay but in the meantime, I need to warn everyone. Additionally, they stopped responding to my messages. Do not purchase from these scammers

The seller clearly states "must order 2 items" for US shipping. I like many of the negative reviews missed it, BUT IT WAS 100% MY FAULT. Zero reason to leave a negative review. Currently pending my order being cancelled, but I will say that when I am ready to order 2 booster boxes, I will 100% be ordering from the seller. Not their fault that a ton of people (myself included) failed to read the full product description.

The seller had great communication and they refunded me back very quickly. Once I’m prepared to buy 5 boxes, I will definitely be going back to this seller!
