The unit looked worn down and the inner cover was damaged. Someone tried to pry it open with a screwdriver. When my electrician installed the charger we could not connect to it because the unit was still attached to the previous owner’s profile. I had ChargePoint hard reset it. After finally getting it running it melted my adapter within 5 minutes of charging. The adapter worked perfectly before at public chargers.

Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it.
