Sent the wrong thread pitch nuts for installing the upper pair. .. Ended up having to do the job twice as it galled the threads trying to install the nuts and had to buy another pair of upper joints to replace the ones ruined by the threads. So I paid for half of the order again which cost me $300 in Moog domestic ball joints and another 3 hours labor to press out the new upper joints and press in the replacements. Very frustrating as it was a very minor difference in thread.which started fine

First off, these parts are manufactured in batches of hundreds. IF there was a batch of wrong threads manufactured, XRF and we would know about it. So what you're saying is that MIRACULOUSLY, out of hundreds of ball joints, 2 ball joints with wrong threads found ONLY you. Even if they did, all you had to do is to contact us and we would remedy the situation. Instead of leaving negative feedback and crying about it on EBay. Now everybody loses.

Had a bit of snag with sending some wrong parts with kit. Seller was very quick to respond and great to communicate with to offer solution. My mechanic needed to get truck moved though so time was not on our side. Mechanic damaged another piece during instalation. Seller offered a refund on damage part despite not needing to. Took a few days to get refund as there was a mixup on that but nothing to get excited about. Definatly will do bussiness with again when time comes.
