The postcard was expertly packed to keep it safe while being delivered. Great value. There was an issue with the postage system (no fault of the seller) in that the card was delayed. The seller provided customer service that goes above and beyond and an alternate arrangement was made with a replacement card. This seller obviously cares about the product and the buyers.
