For the significant increase in price, I was expecting something in pristine condition. The lower part of the bag had a small flaw on the leather that was a circular chin k missing - as seen in the image. The shipping and packaging was fine, just flawed product and inaccurate description.

After I bought this when they were packing it up they noticed some marks on it and promptly sent me message with pictures letting me know and if I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I kept it, once it arrived, if I wouldn’t have know about the “Tiny” marks, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed.. A lot of sellers would have just sent it, but they wanted to bring it to my attention. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! Definitely recommend this company.. They're absolutely beautiful. This has been the most pleasant transaction on eBay I think I've ever had since I've been a member and that's been since 1999! It's been the best customer service that I think I can remember. The candles arrived and in perfect condition. Super fast. Packed perfectly. These candles sell for a ton of money at the stores and this was the best deal on the market !
