I contacted the seller, she immediately opened a case & started investigating. She contacted the post office, then gave me the info & I contacted the USPS. They had put my daughter’s gift in a parcel locker associated with a vacant townhome! They swore it was in the right locker. Finally my daughter was able to go to USPS & pick it up.
