They make the refund the day suppose to be. I insist and bought another laptop in the same store. this time everything was fine. VERY WELL PACKAGED!! Very good quality, if necessary, i could buy in the same store

Although I stuck with what I chose, and didn’t get what I thought my son wanted (which was a ooops on me) everything was as described, brand new, packaged so well, and perfect really.
