Nothing about Seniors. Ebay asked that I contact the seller before leaving negative feedback which I did. The seller gave a response that since it is was a sealed DVD, they couldn't be responsible what was inside. They were given a refund after using proper procedure with eBay return claim rather than just griping. I checked with a longtime Tai Chi instructor. There is no specific form of Tai Chi just for seniors. Now, I'll have an open DVD and they will probably have a free copy for their library.
